Overview
AlKhobar Uptown, a new mixed-use heart and destination for Al Khobar. A very unique concept developed by Retal Urban Co. Located beside the new developed beach makes this destination a prime location for high class business, Retail F&B, and hospitality.
Retal Urban Co. aims to make this project one of Al Khobar’s most exciting urban precincts by developing the lifestyle and quality. This lifestyle destination artfully combines shopping with entertainment, including beautifully designed outdoor spaces including residential housings and hotels.
To set themselves apart from competitors, AlKhobar Uptown wanted to position itself as the new and most exciting lifestyle destination, for this to come to life, we needed to develop a compelling visual identity that represents their luxurious, elegant and futuristic personality perfectly.
After extensive research and multiple understanding sessions, we worked hand in hand with our partner Retal Urban Co., to come up with a clear and relevant identity for “AlKhobar Uptown”, which is considered to be one of Al Khobar’s most exciting lifestyle destinations.
We have designed an innovative and futuristic visual identity that supports Retal’s vision to create an urban life by designing diverse places and connecting people more with what they love.
The visual identity was supported by a vibrant system that is full of life and passion, utilizing colors and elements that represents luxury with a unique touch of art. The new identity is considered to be modern and timeless, the varied interpretations and inspirations from the actual architecture and design of the project is what makes it very unique.
